- No Cost to Join: Joining the waiting list is completely free. We understand how important it is for families to feel reassured about their position.
- How to Join: Contact us to express your interest, and we’ll ask you to complete a brief application form.
- Application Process:
- Every application is reviewed to ensure our puppies are matched with loving, suitable homes.
- Once your application is approved, your name will officially go on the waiting list.

- Your position on the waiting list is determined by the date you contact us and when your application is approved.
- Priority Positions:
- For added reassurance, we offer two priority positions on each list.
- These positions require a holding fee, which is deducted from the total cost of your puppy.
- Priority spots still require a successful application, a friendly video call, and signing of contracts.

We believe in keeping families involved and informed throughout the process:
- Breeding Announcements: We’ll notify everyone on the list when a breeding has taken place.
- Pregnancy Confirmation: Once the pregnancy is confirmed via ultrasound, we’ll contact families to confirm their continued interest.
- Puppy Arrival: When the puppies are born, you’ll receive exciting updates about their arrival, including photos, videos, and details about their progress.
- Social Media Updates: We also share regular updates, photos, and videos on our social media pages so you can follow along with the journey and watch the puppies grow.

- Once your place on the waiting list is confirmed, we’ll share your priority number.
- Puppy selection happens in order of the waiting list, ensuring fairness for all families.
- We aim to begin the selection process when the puppies are around 4–6 weeks old, allowing their unique personalities to shine through.

We do our best to stay in touch and provide regular updates. If we don’t hear back after multiple attempts to contact you (at the pregnancy confirmation or puppy arrival stage), the next person on the list will move up.
- To avoid any confusion, please keep us updated with your current contact details and respond promptly.

We understand that life can be unpredictable, so we’ve built flexibility into the process:
- Deferment: If the timing isn’t quite right, you may have the option to defer to a future litter. Let us know as soon as possible so we can update the list accordingly.
- Changing Circumstances: If you need to step away from the process entirely, we kindly ask that you inform us so we can offer the opportunity to another family.

- Support and Resources: You’ll receive advice and resources, including training tips and care instructions, to help your puppy settle into their new home.
